  1. Access Your Program: Navigate to the Programs tab in the platform where you're hosting your program, select the program you want to manage, and then click “Manage” to edit it.

  2. Access the "First Round" Tab: Click on the "First Round" tab at the top of your program management page. This section lets you set up the workflows for your program's first submission round.

  3. Round Configuration: You can begin by naming the round, setting the timezone that will impact the deadlines, and selecting the submission/evaluation start dates and deadlines.

Unlock Round Features: Use the checkboxes on the right to customize what participants can do and how judging is managed. These options allow you to tailor the submission journey, enhance participant interactions, and streamline judging experiences. Here’s a breakdown of each feature:

Allow Multiple Submissions:

Participants can submit more than one entry, providing them with the flexibility to showcase different ideas or projects.

Enable Submission Edits Until Deadline:

Participants can revise or improve their submissions at any time before the submission deadline.

Allow Judges to Edit Evaluations:

Judges can adjust their scores and feedback until the evaluation deadline, ensuring a thorough and flexible review process.

Enable Submission Tracks:

Organize your program into multiple tracks, each with its own submission and evaluation forms. For example, in a startup competition, you can create tracks like Fintech, Sustainability, and Healthtech for participants to select from, with each track having its own tailored criteria and judges. This allows for targeted audiences and targeted evaluations within a single program. It is as if you're running sub-programs inside a program.

Reveal Submission Status:

Keep participants informed by showing them the status of their submissions on their accounts. Those can be either “Qualified,” “Disqualified,” or “Under Review”.

Reveal Judges’ Feedback:

Share qualitative feedback from judges with participants. Participants can access the feedback on their platform accounts. Admins can control which written comments to reveal. Note that numeric scores are never revealed to the participants.

Allow Admin Judging:

Admins can participate in the evaluation process, acting as judges and assigning scores to submissions.

Enable Public Voting:

Engage a wider audience by allowing the public to vote on selected submissions. Admins can choose which entries to showcase for public voting.

Enable paid submissions:

You can connect your platform to your Stripe account and make participants pay an entry fee to participate in your program.
